For few weeks internet hasn't been working properly. It has slow upload rate and webpages and games are unplayable because of the lag. How can I figure out what is causing this? I called the Rogers HiSpeed and they reset my connection but it didn't help the problem.
I have Rogers HiSpeed and WindowsXP Media Center.

I would check with your ISP provider see what they say about it.

    Try emptying your Temp folders.

    Use this free utility

    ATF Cleaner by Atribune.

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
    Under Main choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.

    If you use Firefox browser
Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

    If you use Opera browser
Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
