Hi all,
New here, but have an issue on my wife's gaming PC I just can't solve.
PC runs fine, connects to the wifi fine (previously it didn't, it would say "Connected, no internet", but I reinstalled the device) but it either doesn't load any web pages, or takes a long time to run at all. I've tried pinging various sites and using an online speed test, but the ping time is 1500ms+. I've flushed the DNS which did seem to help, but it's still very laggy. Other PC's are nearby and don't have the issue, nor do phones/tablets. I'm struggling to work out what the issue is. There are no other progs running in the background either, though I do see a CPU spike sometimes but I don't think that can be the issue.
It's got an intel dual band ac 3168 card. Is it work installing a new adapter? I'm certain it's not the wifi/router as we've moved house recently and still have the issue.
Open to any advice/ideas. Thanks in advance
