    You can uncheck everything, apart from:

    Scan Reg
    System Tray
    Load PwProfile

    The rest are all related to installed programs and it's up to you if you choose those to load up.

    Uncheck these:
    AIM(make icon load it manually)
    Yahoo Page
    WebcamRT
    Avconsole
    VSStat
    Vsconsole
    TGCMD
    LVCons
    Inst.Access
    Real Tray
    Sched Agent(do this manually, not needed at startup)
    SSDPSRV
    AOL Tray Icon

    Do these 1 or 2 at a time. Always hit apply then ok. It will ask you to reboot. Select ok. When you reboot it will pop up a box select ok let me know Ill be waiting. Before you uncheck tese Double click my Computer, Select help, select about windows, look to see how much % of memory you have. do this after every reboot
