Hey guys, recently I've noticed that my pc performance has drastically been dropping to a point where i can barely run Mozilla Firefox. I've scanned for viruses with Avast!, and for spy-ware with Spybot. I clean my registry and temporary files with CCleaner and regularly disable/uninstall unused programs. But my performance keeps getting lower and lower and now it's starting to freeze/crash programs, any info/advice would be much appreciated and any info I'll post on request.
