I have a Toshiba Satellite running on windows XP. I have recently purchased a Hundai B70A LCD exterior monitor and have successfully installed it on the laptop to work as a default monitor. Since the initial installation, there has been a major probelm with what seems like the processor charge. The main issue that effects it is when I scroll up and down, the computer has an extremely hard time refreshing the screen. When I look on the Windows Task Manager, and check the CPU charge, whatever program is currently being scrolled through is the program that takes up almost all the charge, even if it is only word pad. I have reverted to the laptop to see if the problem will also happen on the default screen, and it does. Would anyone know what is causing this?
