    hmmm...... that old chestnut i hear many of you say,.......

    could somebody have a peek at this and tell me if anything needs ticking ?........

    im getting freezes and memory problem errors galore.... i wonder if it has anything got to do with "SYSTEM MECHANIC" that i downloaded,....... seems like a great program but things have been playing up since.

    ran spybot search and destroy and keeps chucking up the same old stuff all the time.
