    Hmmm, 3 GB should be enough. What version of Vista? Premium?

    * Click here to download ATF Cleaner by Atribune and save it to your desktop.
    • Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
    • Under Main choose: Select All
    • Click the Empty Selected button.
      • If you use Firefox:
        • Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
        • Click the Empty Selected button.
        • NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
      • If you use Opera:
        • Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
        • Click the Empty Selected button.

          [*]NOTE:
          If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
    • Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

    You may also want to disable some of the programs running at Startup. There are a lot.

    Have you ever used msconfig before?

    Also, do this......

    Run Hijack This and click Open the Misc Tools section.
    Click Open Uninstall Manager > Save list and save the log to your Desktop.
    A list of programs will open in Notepad. Post the contents of this log.

    Quite a lot there.

    The dodgy ones I'd recommend uninstalling would be Limewire and WeatherBug Gadget.

    Your Java is also outdated. That needs to be updated. Then the older versions can be uninstalled too.

    Rescan with Hijack This.
    Close all browser windows except Hijack This.
    Put a check mark beside these entries and click "Fix Checked".

    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName =

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {35B8D58C-B0CB-46b0-BA64-05B3804E4E86} - (no file)

    O2 - BHO: NCO 2.0 IE BHO - {602ADB0E-4AFF-4217-8AA1-95DAC4DFA408} - (no file)

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {CDBFB47B-58A8-4111-BF95-06178DCE326D} - (no file)

    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {7FEBEFE3-6B19-4349-98D2-FFB09D4B49CA} - (no file)

    Close HijackThis and reboot.

    Post a new log afterwards.

    If those same items we fixed are still there, then SpyBot's TeaTimer is probably prohibiting the fix and will need to be turned off so we can do the fixes again.

    If the items pointed out by Cheeseball81 won't go away after "fixing" them with HijackThis, may I suggest doing it manually through the registry?

    Hit the Windows key + R to open a Run box. Type in regedit

    Go to:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects

    Right-click and delete the following entries:

    {35B8D58C-B0CB-46b0-BA64-05B3804E4E86}

    {602ADB0E-4AFF-4217-8AA1-95DAC4DFA408}

    {CDBFB47B-58A8-4111-BF95-06178DCE326D}

    Go to:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar

    In the right-hand pane, right-click and delete {7FEBEFE3-6B19-4349-98D2-FFB09D4B49CA}.

    Reboot.
