slow start up

hello, i just recently installed norton anti virus and have found that my computer is very slow to startup and it seems like verything now is very slow but nothing is specifically more slow than something else, i rna hijack and i thought it seemed like there was a lot there, so maybe something there was slowing it down, here is my hijack log if it helps, thanks in advance

I have re-run adaware and those are now gone.
This is what is left in the hijack - any idea on what this stuff is - if it's useless on how to get rid of it?

Also, you should move hijack this into its own folder and get it off the desktop.
