slow start up

    hi i'm new to this site but have already used it tonight to fix one error. i was getting the missing the dynamic link library msnp32.dll i was able to fix that however when i start up my computer it sits at the windows 98 screen for 2 to 3 minutes. it never use to this until i started using bell's high speed service. come to think of it thats when i started having the msnp32.dll problem. any ideas or fixes???

    This happened to me when I used DSL with a slow computer, then a P233. Call your hi-speed provider and ask what you can do.. (y)
