Slow throughput-update with start list

    Follow up to previous post regarding slow throughput(25-30kps)
    56k modem.WindowsNT.
    I had problems unzipping startup list 151(Grateful thanks to Tony Klein for resolving them)
    Start up list(hopefully) included for expert perusal.
    NB I am not well versed in this technology.
