Slow throughput-update with start list

Follow up to previous post regarding slow throughput(25-30kps)
56k modem.WindowsNT.
I had problems unzipping startup list 151(Grateful thanks to Tony Klein for resolving them)
Start up list(hopefully) included for expert perusal.
NB I am not well versed in this technology.

You appear to be missing a dll. Would you mind installing that dll, and re-running Startuplist so as to be able to show a complete log, please?
