Lately I have been having a lot of slowness in my VPN yet I have made no changes nor do I have any virus issues. Any ideas on what may be causing this slowness.

When Wep incryption is enabled, it tends to slow down your internet. The best way to protect yourself on a small network is to use the Mac Address feature instead.

I work for a broad band provider and we have been having a big problem with the blaster and other virus's pinging our routers wich just creates so much grabage trafic it slows everyting down.
I'm not sure this applies to you but chek into it Rember it dont have to be a virus on your side it can be one outside that is pinging your ip.
