I notice that when web browser spins instead of loading that Task Manager says C drive at 100%. When C drive drops to normal levels the web browser loads finally. What can I do?

You have not stated what OS you are using, "File Explorer" could be Windows Explorer, or Computer icon, in earlier OS versions.

Open File Explorer and then right click the C drive and select properties.
This will tell you how full the drive is.

Did you open Windows Explorer and check the properties of the C drive?

Then post how full it is?

Can you post a screen shot of both the Full drive message and the properties of the C drive?

You have Task manager opened, you need to open Windows File Manager?
That will give you the list of Drives , files and folders.

Then right click on the C drive and select Properties

In the task manager, the 100% id not usage but "Active Time".
I would say that your browser is still loading, and getting updates.

What happens if you were to use IE ?

I do not use Chrome for the fact that it is a resource hog among other things.

Clarification: It's the website in the browser that does not load when the C drive is at 100%. When C drive drops out of 100% mode, the website loads. I'll try IE today.

The C drive is very busy in loading Chrome. Once Chrome is fully loaded and updated, then the C drive is now not so busy and you can load a website.

I just might help if you were to post your system spec's so we can see what you are working with?

I am not familiar with 'post your system spec's'
If you can tell me how to post your system spec's, I'll be glad to do it.
