Hi guys. I've searched the forums for some hours now and I think I've found some useful stuff, but I still experience real slow XP. I have lag when opening ie, explorer and sometimes my winamp/foobar lags the sound when I'm opening new windows. I have pretty long startup time, and after the XP loading-screen I have a black screen. The black screen stays for maybe half a minute. I don't know what's wrong, as I have not experienced these kind of problems before. I have upgraded from w2k and have sp1.

I'll post my hijack this logs ;

By the way, maybe it could have something to do with me having Tweak Ui installed and not removed properly. I had it for w2k and now I cannot uninstall it. I've tried to restore it to the add/remove program list, but it only asks me if I want to remove it from the list as it cannot uninstall it. Can I uninstall this manually?
