I've cleaned all my temp files in IE and using Find Files, defrag & ran scandisk, did a virus scan & ran spybot, both of which showed nothing.

Yet our computer is still so slow to load web pages, and on a bb I visit daily there are numerous pics and emoticons, etc that only show as red x's.

Could someone look at my Hijack This log and tell me if there's something I need to do?

    Thanks,

I noticed you have Weather Bug on you Hijack info. THIS IS A BIG SPYWARE PROGRAM!!

I would uninstall and delete anything to do with WEATHER BUG. This could be part of the problem.

Try this link for Avast. I have had a lot of luck ridding my PC of many problems.

It's free for 60 days and may be worth buying after that.

Just follow info. to download http://avast.com/i_kat_207.php?lang=ENG

Looks like you're running TWO antivirus products, Symantec AND Panda. That's a bad idea. Choose one and stay with it. Mutiple scanners hamper one another, slow down your PC or even put it totally out of business...
Plus... I'm not sure what EBLVD is (google only returns HijackThis logs), but that one might be fishy, unless you KNOW what it is.

You should definitely get rid of the multiple scanners though.

Click Start - Run, type in MSCONFIG, then click OK - Startup(tab). Uncheck the following:

OSA9.EXE Read here. It's not needed and it's a big resource hog. (n)

Click Apply - OK, then reboot.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------

Run another scan with HijackThis and fix the following:

These don't need to be in the "Tools" sub-menu of Internet Explorer.

Wow! Thanks for all the suggestions.

I made the chgs to my start-up, deleted Panda, and fixed the Hijack This suggestions. Seems to have worked as my computer is loading web pages quicker now.

FYI - eBLVD is a program my husband uses to give demonstrations over the web of his company's EMR software.

Thanks for you help everyone, especially flavalle.
