A few weeks ago i noticed a small box on the bottom left of my monitor, it is not related to windows and it happens when i use my ps4 or my PC, so the issue is my monitor. BUT i have no idea how to fix it, i have tried using different cables, i have tried resetting all my visual options on the monitor but nothing is working, it bothers me all the time i just want it gone.

Its hard to see but here are some examples -

It would be of considerable help if you were to tell us the make and full model of the monitor
Is it AOC make by any chance

It is an Acer monitor, here is the name - "Acer 24" FHD 1080P 144hz Gaming Monitor (GN246HL) "

The reason I asked was that on some AOC monitors the setting
Picture boost in the menu of the monitor has been reported as causing this.
However on the user manual for your monitor
    https://global-download.acer.com/GD...erid=636573651110735368&Step1=MONITOR&Step2=G SERIES&Step3=GN246HL&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=EMEA_27#_ga=2.85770713.1160456463.1557967696-744572294.1555878898

OR perhaps I should say the manual offered from Acer for your monitor - as it seems a rather generic manual- I can find no such setting or one that equates to it.

Neither can I find anything related to your problem on the link above for the community reported issues on that monitor

As it also occurs with PS4 connected it cannot of course, as you say, be a windows issue. Otherwise I would have tended to suggest something along these lines.

If you use image setup to adjust position of image on screen
as the box is lower left corner - what shows lower left if the image is moved above it
