Small XP SP-2 Glitch and how to avoid it

Guys,

You know when you get that security message in Windows XP SP-2 about "Do you want to run this program when you click on it after a download?" Just click on YES or CANCEL at that time. If you click on an open window outside of that CMD prompt your computer will lock and you will need to use CTR+Alt+Delete to get back to the desktop. The Task Manager will come up first. Click on End Task. In a few seconds, you'll be back at the desktop. Everything will be fine at that time.
