Just received information via the news:

UN weapons inspectors have found 11 empty chemical warheads. Iraq claims they included it in their report. Weapons inspectors skeptical.

    Smoking gun?

More like wet firecracker. Hardly sufficient for a call to arms.

"Smoking Gun?" was merely to get some interest towards the thread. Especially considering the question mark. Was going to name it "Break Through", but could not think of something that would fit well, but naming it "wet firecracker" would have done ;)

And can somebody please pass me the ear plugs? The evidence against Iraq and those citing reasons for war are deafening in their absence.

11 empty chemical containers sound like as good a reason as I’ve heard to go to war.

By the time the gun is smoking, the bullet has already been fired.

An Iraqi nuclear bomb hitting North America? Don't you think that is stretching credibility just a little far? Such cartoons and the promotion of such is another example of fear mongering. Save the rhetoric for the classroom and stick to the facts.

I notice that the bomb is exploding up in Canada too. What does Sadam have against Canadians? :D

    I AM afraid.
But the cartoon is just that, a cartoon. I'm sorry that my brand of rhetoric is not the same as your brand of rhetoric.

Just because a nation can't launch a missile, doesn't mean they can't detonate a nuke in the US.

Also, I thought the "smoking gum" cartoon was pretty funny.
