    Can the Boss check what you are Surfing on the Net? What about your Privacy? is this not against the Law?

    Yes they can and should if the employer feels they need to do it.

    If your at work, being paid and hired to do a certain job, and you are instead not doing your job and spending a large amount of the time that they are paying you for surfing the internet, they should know, and you should be fired.

    If you don't want your employer seeing what you are doing on the internet at work and/or you would rather just surf the internet at work instead of doing your job, then find a new employer who doesn't care what you are doing with the time that they are paying you for.

    Now, this isn't directed directly to you Bugsy. It is in general. So don't take any personal offense to it. ;)
