So will I run it

    My dads picking up Vista ultimate upgrade for me now, I have Xp Home. Even if it wont run on my pc now ill be building one in a few months so ill have Vista anyways for then. But will it run on my current PC. When I run the Vista upgrade advisor when I go to ultimate the only problem is that I dont have a DVD-RW drive but I have a DVD rom to read dvds. And theres one driver problem + one software one.

    1042mb RAM (PC3200 DDR SDRAM)
    BGF Geforce 6200 256mb AGP
    150 HDD
    Intel Bayfield D865GBF Mobo
    Intel P4, 3.00GHz( 15x200 )

    You should be able to run Vista Ultimate with no problems with the specs you provided.
