software to copy screenshot and post

I had a small piece of software that i could outline something on the screen and then copy to a post of to the harddrive. I had to do a previous restore and lost the program and now I cant remember the name of it.....I saw it posted on this site but now cant remember....any help here would be greatly appreciated.

The one I use and find quite nice is called MWSnap.
