Hi there - wondering if anyone can help. I am using a dell computer with windows 7 64-bit.
We have downloaded the correct driver for a logitech webcam c170 from the logitech website. The files all seem to download correctly. When the software wizard then tries to open we get a blank screen, which can't be shut down.
When we have downloaded to a different machine, we can view the wizard and complete the installation.
Not sure if this is a problem with java? we have checked for all updates. Something is stopping us from viewing the wizard correctly.
We did have mcafee on there, but have removed it to see if the firewall was causing problems. Still no joy.
Any ideas? is it a problem with the operating system?
