    Hi there,

I'm another victim of the 69sexsearch problem. I'm using Windows XP and have SP2 installed.

I have followed the 69sexsearch threads and did the following:
    1. Ran CWShredder (it said my system was clean), then rebooted
    2. Ran Spybot S&D (deleted 5 DSO exploits), then rebooted
    3. Ran AdAware (found and removed 6 critical objects), then rebooted
    4. Ran HijackThis. Log is below:

The latest version of SpyBot S&D got rid of xpsp2fw.exe and wuclient.exe.
I also got rid of all the adflashcounter stuff with HJT.

I thought I was clean, but no.... my browser gets launched about once per hour; each time it opens 5 IE windows for virginteenporn.com or something like that. It's driving me nuts. Any advice for me?

    Here's the latest HJT log:

Run HJT again and put a check in the following:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [F738D9D6] C:\WINDOWS\system32\dgbrcomr.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [A360B0DE] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctiiiRSPL.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [F738D9D6] C:\WINDOWS\system32\dgbrcomr.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [A360B0DE] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctiiiRSPL.exe
    O4 - Startup: PowerReg Scheduler V3.exe

Close all applications and browser windows before you click "fix checked".

    Restart in safe mode

Open Windows Explorer. Go to Tools, Folder Options and click on the View tab. Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files". Now click "Apply to all folders" Click "Apply" then "OK".

    Delete these files:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\dgbrcomr.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctiiiRSPL.exe

Navigate to the C:\Windows\Temp folder. Open the Temp folder and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder.

Next navigate to the C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator (Repeat for all user names)\Local Settings\Temp folder. Open the Temp folder and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder.

Finally go to Control Panel > Internet Options. On the General tab under "Temporary Internet Files" Click "Delete Files". Put a check by "Delete Offline Content" and click OK.

    Empty your recycle bin.

    Reboot and post another log.

OK, I removed those 2 files and emptied out all the temp folders and the Recycle bin.

    Here is the log:
