Can someone please tell me how to I create a form that will have a check list for safety procedure? This form will need to be able to allow a new record but save the old record. I am adding a safety checklist in access 2010 for my job and I need to know how to do this. Thanks
Use the form wizard to create a form based on your table. Access will automatically save a record when you close the form. If you need any more help, get back in touch.
The form that I need to create has 15 questions listed that the quality control will need to check each box if that particular machine is running ok.I need all these items along with the check box to be on one record and that record should allow me to add a new record also. I hope I am explaining this ok..
Also when I click new record, it shows me the whole form not just add line 16.
