Where can I find it elsewhere?
Thank you

Press the Windows key + R to open a Run box.

Type regedit

Press Enter.

Go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Control Panel\don't load

In the right pane, right-click and delete appwiz.cpl.

Thanx a lot Haggie,

found it & it works but seems to need to reboot after each remove.

Do you mean to say that Vista has no add/remove progs. directly in cntrl Panl like in XP?
