Solved: Additional Memory for my computer

    I would like to find out if I can take the memory card from an old Dell L500cx that I have and put it in an EMachine 3115.

    Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

    Just go to http://www.crucial.com/ and they have a memory selector that will tell you what kind of memory you need. You don't have to buy it there--you can get it cheaper at NewEgg.com, but that will tell you what you need.

    I thinkl you misread the post Mulder, he is looking for memory for the emachines which uses DDR PC3200 memory.

    Exactly! I need to know if the memory in the Dell will work in the Emachine computer.
