I have installed Adobe photoshop cs 6 but not understanding it at all. I haven't used ps before. I wanted to ask that is there any good tutorial website on adobe photoshop? I googled it but all websites have either too advanced tutorials or some tutorials on how to manipulate images but I didn't find any website which start tutorials with the basics and then move on each effects.

The Basics might be .. Image/Canvas sizing ... Cloning ... and Layers .. will get you a good start
You can search Youtube for these subjects/tutorials .. Such as ....
    Image sizing
    Cloning
    Layers
Specific questions can also be asked here.
You can limit yourself to CS6 Youtube questions .. but all the tutorials are about the same operation.
Once you kinda figure out how CS thinks ... You'll be off to the races :D

You might want to change your preferences to "Zoom with Scroll Wheel" ..
And pay attention to the keyboard shortcuts when mentioned in Vids.
My left hand is usually as busy as my mouse hand.
Holler when/if you have any questions
