Hi, my machine currently has a single Nvidia GT520 GPU in one of its PCI slots and I am considering buying another to improve performance. I only have 1 monitor so I will only be using 1 of the GPU to connect to a display via VGA but I believe by having a 2nd card running side by side with the current one it will improve performance?

Also is it highly likely or unlikely that my current PSU will support another card as I am not sure how to check this and would like some assistance doing so and If my PSU was not sufficent to work both GPU what is the worse possible outcome, would the machine simply not power on or could it cause damage? Many thanks

Don't waste your money running dual "bottom feeder" cards.

Save up some cash and get a decent card.
