Fix these:
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [SystemTools] C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernels64.exe
O20 - Winlogon Notify: browsela - C:\WINDOWS\system32\browsela.dll
O20 - Winlogon Notify: msctl32.dll - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msctl32.dll

Save KillBox to your Desktop

Run KillBox and select Delete on Reboot
Copy this list of file and folder locations:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernels64.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\browsela.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msctl32.dll
Go to File>>Paste from clipboard. Click All Files
Press the button with a red circle with an X in it, then Yes when prompted to restart your computer
WARNING: Your computer will be restarted. Any unsaved work in open applications will be lost.

Post a new HJT log and Kaspersky if you can.

In cases like this, this should also be done...

Download Win32delfkil.exe: http://users.telenet.be/marcvn/tools/win32delfkil.exe
Save it on your desktop.
Double click on win32delfkil.exe and install it.
This creates a new folder on your desktop: win32delfkil
Close all windows, open the win32delfkil folder and double click on fix.bat.

The computer will reboot automatically.
After the reboot, the infection should be killed.

Reboot and post a fresh Hijack This log.

Ok.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernels64.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\browsela.dll
would not delete (even using KillBox)
I put the HD into another box and manually deleted the files
I ran win32delfkil too.
Here is Online Kaspersky Report (I didn't see a "fix" for what it found) and latest HJT Log:

Rescan with Hijack This.
Close all browser windows except Hijack This.
Put a check mark beside these entries and click "Fix Checked".

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WindowsUpdateNT] C:\WINDOWS\System\svwhost.exe

Boot into Safe Mode.

[*] Please double-click Killbox.exe to run it.
[*] Select:
  • Delete on Reboot
  • then Click on the All Files button.
[*]Please copy the file paths below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose copy):

C:\WINDOWS\System\svwhost.exe
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\qvxgamet2.exe

[*] Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose Paste from Clipboard.

[*]Click the red-and-white Delete File button. Click Yes at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click OK at any PendingFileRenameOperations prompt (and please let me know if you receive this message!).[/list]

If your computer does not restart automatically, please restart it manually.

If you receive a message such as: "Component 'MsComCtl.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid." when trying to run Killbox, click here to download and run missingfilesetup.exe. Then try Killbox again.

Post a new Hijack This log.
