I cant do anything, I was just browsing the web and go to open up youtube and theres no sound, the sound still worked for itunes for a while until I restarted again, then that stopped working.

I did all the troubleshooting on the web but they all include using the services that I can't use, I cant use defrag, services, audio, system restore nothing under the system and security menu.

All I get when I try to open one is C:\Windows\system32\comexp.msc The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it

The only thing I've installed is pctools for antivirus, and I've already ran 2 full scans, and I havent removed anything

Have you tried doing a clean install of Windows 7? Granted, you'll lose whatever's on your drive since you can't access it, but it might be worth trying since system restore and all other aspects aren't working. I'm also assuming that safe mode isn't working either.
