New Android. Was able to open a wifi connection at my cousins house but when I got home, I tried to open wifi connection at my home group. Every time I try to log in I get the error message "Authentication problem". It is not a case of the wrong password being entered as I printed out the password from my computer. I erased an re-entered it a number of times, but am stuck in this loop. I remember when I connected my daughters Toshiba to my home group it wouldn't at first but then Toshiba walked me through some steps which included pressing the button on the front of my router. I tried that with this Android but that didn't work either.
