SOLVED:

I want to use this image as an avatar on a site, but the limit is 40kb, and the image is 207kb. I've already run it through a random "GIF Cruncher" I found through google, which took off about 40kb. Loads more to go, though... any ideas?

I took the screenshots (from the trailer) pretty close together and I don't have the individual frames anymore, so I can't take any more out.

I have Adobe Photoshop but I don't know if it can help...?

Thanks. ;)

Well thanks to gifworks.com I managed to reduce colours and crop the image. All solved!

How did it look.

I had a play with animationshop and got it down to 52 kb but it has suffered a bit.
