Alright, so I just installed a new HP BIOS driver for my dv9000t ... after restarting my computer... nothing happens.

All I get is this obnoxious high pitched sound... nothing on my screen....

What's going on? How do you revert BIOS settings, keep in mind this is a notebook and I prefer not to open it.

I did speak with HP and after some basic troubleshooting they said I would have to ship it in.... I don't want to do that.. It takes a week or two...

Anyone had a similar issue? Anyway to revert back to your last BIOS?

Well it turns out that the BIOS update was corrupt and HP said they need me to ship my laptop in for them to repair it...
