Hey guys I'm working on cleaning up my Father in-laws computer he is a bit of a freeware packrat....lol. I ran adware and it came up with 425 objects to get rid of. I would try to delete them but adware kept hanging up don't know why. So I ran Spybot S&D that cleaned up most of the stuff. So here's the HJT log is there anything left to clean? Thanks for your help!

Restart to safe mode and delete:

The C:\WINDOWS\System32\51937502.exe file

This file may be hidden so click on My Computer. Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and "Hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
Click "Apply" then "OK"

How to start your computer in safe mode
