I'm getting ready to upgrade from 95 to 98, and I'd like to reformat my C drive before I do. My PC was made from recycled parts of friends' computers, so I don't have system information/drivers on a manufacturer's disk. Is there any way to know in advance if that's going to be a problem if I use a Windows 98 Second Ed. (full version) OEM CD that I bought on ebay? (It has a COA.) I've copied the contents of C onto my D drive, and made a boot disk. Thanks in advance!
