Solved: Anyone know what a drop/add site is?

    Basically drop/add terminology deals with optical multiplexers and their ability to relay/insert/or extract (thus the drop/add terminology they are either adding data or dropping it to something) signal between 2 other node devices. Basically this deals with fiberoptics.
