I was running windows 98 with a ATX Form Card for a PCCHIPS motherboard to enable USB. When I formatted and installed windows XP pro, it did not recognize or even find the ATX Form Card even as a USB device. What can I do to make it work recognize?

    Thanks!

Doublecheck your bios setup to be sure it didn't get DISABLED somehow......

What option in BIOS is the option that controls whether the ATX From Card will work? (It plugs into a serial thingie on the board)

It only recognised an "infrared" device and said nothing about USB or PS/2 (which are both on the ATX Form Card) Are there different settings that I can change?

No, you need to look for the USB support in the bios setup...there should be an option for ENABLED or DISABLED.
