I have not gotten it to work either and really that is OK because it keeps it from going out every day to check for updated so you don't have something running you really don't need.

Looks like from the first image that you are blocking the java script so the rest is not showing up.
Are you using Firefox with NoScript and have it to block flash and hide the place holders?
Or some Ad blocking program that blocks out flash?
Have you clicked any of the links under Settings Manager?

In your system's Control Panel do you have a Java panel? Attached is the Java panel on my Windows 7.

Wow you don't even need all the add-ons you have.

You have 2 versions of the java console.
Never even seen it listed before and you have 2.

Open the java under an admin account and go to advance tab.
Then click the + on "java console" and uncheck it check "hide"
Then the next one down click on the "default java for browsers" and you can uncheck them if you want.
Then click the + on "miscellaneous" and you can uncheck the "java quick start"

On the flash you go to the Global Notifications Settings Panel and check the box and and then you can change the days it checks.
Now I never had this work but it may be that it has to be run under an Admin account so if you run under an user account then this never works.

    What Add-ons I don't need ?

    What do you mean with:

'Then click the + on "java console" and uncheck it check "hide"' ?

OK. Now it works. Thank you very much.
