    I have Logitech products also and I have deleted the Back Web from my computer. I believe it's spyware, just my opinion. It's not needed unless you are a corporate site or have a midsize network. You can find more about this by going to c:/Programs/Logitech/Desktop Manager/8876480/readme. It even tells you how to uninstall it.
