Solved: black screen with error message at start-up

    I have a Dell E510 tower desktop Pent 4 4 gb ram .When I start it up I get only a black screen saying
    RV 370 P/N-A62801-106 BIOS On the front of machine there are 4 lights of witch 3 are lite and the fourth light is not
    PLEASE HELP. THANKS....................

    THANKS cwwozniak for your quick reply. I did download that manual and looked at the code for the lights, I checked everything in the machine for loose connections, Did not find anything wrong. You mentioned what lights where on ,lights number1,2,3 are on ,Light number 4 is off.I also have that error message.I hope that I can find out what that error message means and be able to recover from this situation.

    I removed sticks and then put one at a time back in. Found bad stick that solved the program . THANKS AGAIN for these good people and this great site.
