Solved: Block all Sites Except a Few

    I have tried the Firefox add-on. I don't want to mess with my router or anything like that.

    There isnt an effective way to do that without editing the router or setting up a proxy server.

    Well you could setup a massive hosts file that will block a lot of stuff.

    But I would look into a few of these options.

    K9 Web Protection.

    Windows Live Family Safety

    OpenDNS has a basic free version which allows you to block stuff. But for $10 a year you can get OpenDNS Deluxe which has a White List only mode. Which means everything is blocked except for the sites you allow through.

    I was able to switch to Internet Explorer and use content adviser. Thanks for all the help anyway.

    That doesn't stop someone from using another browser and going to whatever site they want to.
