Yea a hosts file. Was going to see what that site is but it's blocked by my hosts file.

Blocking Unwanted Parasites with a Hosts File

You can get a hosts file manager also that your see there that makes it easy to install, update, backup and restore your hosts file.

I use hostsman but HostsXpert is also good.
Not only do you block sites but it can block ads, tracking etc so your see less ads and get less 3rd party cookies.

    Your welcome.

And yea I know it works great. If a site happens to be a site you want to go to but is blocked by the hosts file you can then disable the site in the hosts file or disable the hosts file but your also need to close down your Browser and maybe clear the IE temp to get into the site. Then once your done going to the site enable the hosts file again.
