Part off my coarse is to develop (Mock) Web Sites,we seem to be doing the same stuff over and over...lol
But the Teachers gave us an assignment today that has me miffed.I have done Google searches all to no avail.

What we need to achive is to put a Blog on a WebSite.

I am not to sure what they mean here.I assumed I can put a URL link to my Blog but no I am not allowed to do this.
They want an actual Blog "Within" the site itself.

    Any thoughts please....

    Cheers....Sherry

if you have server side technologies such as PHP or ASP you can write your own or get a free one from a class supository.

Isn't there something you can do with Blogger (Google Blogger)?

If you don't know what you can do with google blogger why did you mention it? Why don't you try figuring out what you are suggesting before you bother posting a message.

I have a forum that I got the class for from a book that I read and I just changed it a little bit to suit my needs. the URL is http://71.18.63.241/forum/

It is very simple to do this with PHP. I barely had to touch the code and it works for me. When I get the time I will do more with this but I don't feel like it at the moment. My boss wanted me to make a forum that people could reply to and the replies would have to be approved first before they were displayed. Also he didn't want people to be able to make new posts.

Download WordPress and install it into your page. Don't use the site that they give you. Actually download the source code

    I have just Downloaded WP.
Havn't done anything with it yet but sounds like the solution that will be suitable.
I will attempt to get it into the Web Page later on......
