Hello, lately I have been getting the blue screen and a messege about disabling cache/shadowing? This is now the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. At first I thought it was photoshop but after re-installing it, the problem still persists. Now I have un-installed Inkscape since it was roughly around that time this all started happening.

Can I get help in pin pointing the problem, since I have no real knowledge of computer Bios, hardware, software, etc.

Is that not the "blue screen" you were referring to?

That is the blue screen I am referring to, but this problem has occurred 3 to 4 times in the last 9 days. Is there any other way I could get any form of info that would be helpful?

Download BlueScreenView and find the latest BSOD you've had.

Either upload a screenshot of this view or supply the previously requested information.

Try updating your video card driver to the latest version.

    In BlueScreenView..
Once it has scanned>Edit>Select All>File>Save Selected Item
    Open BSOD.txt in Notepad>Copy>paste entry.

Post the last 4 minidumps from the scan.

    Update Video Card as suggested.
    ntkrnlpa.exe - hal.dll are window related files.

    Also check Device Manager.
    Start button>Control Panel>System and Maintenance>Device Manager.
    Check for yellow exclamation marks.

I've checked for exclamation marks but there is nothing. I have also updated the driver. The thing is when I update via control panels, etc, it says that I have the latest but then I went to the intel website and used there scan device of some sort and they said I didn't have the lastest driver update. So I have downloaded the latest and installed it now. It also said I didn't have the latest for the wifi, so I have downloaded that as well.
