    Hi,

    I there any software which will boot a Windows XP PC to normal state which is freeware when the pc is turned off?

    Not sure what you are wanting to do but try this or this.

    Programs start the computer from a power-off state to normal operation.

    Thanks any way but i needed it pretty quick so i went into the bios.... i didnt know whether it was there or not
