Solved: can i delete a pass word?

    Hello, at work, on the administators comp the was a account set up for thing to be done at work, family dvd's obituaries, pictures for obits, and this account had no password on it, the fellow who did all these things left and took another job in a nother firm, left under bad terms and before he left he put a password on that account, now we cant acces it.

    what can we do with OUT losing any info on the families?

    we are using xp2
