Solved: can i stop my web history from being deleted from firefox...

    hey there again i recently learned how to stop my internet history from being deleted on internet explorer to find Firefox is being used while im gone instead i don't want to make a different profile i just want to keep any web history from being deleted manually can you help?:confused: oh also i was wondering if it were possible to get rid of the private browsing option as well?????

    You may be fighting a loosing battle. If somebody notices that they can no longer delete their history and/or enable private browsing (if it can be done), they might switch to a USB based portable version of Firefox and not leave a trace on the computer.

    As already stated by cwwozniak, this is a never-ending battle, especially if your users are very computer savvy.

    a key logger can be used if you have too, and its legal on your own machine but not others.

    Password protect your user account. Password protect the Administrator account if it is enabled. Password protect the BIOS if possible.
