I got a couple of .htaccess files I use on my sites for various stuff.

Just wondering if I can add little comments without the server reading them?

Never tried, but starting a line with # in httpd.conf works. Does that work in htaccess?

Thanks, one more question.

I just have to add "RewriteEngine On" once at the top of the file right?
'cause I've been using it to start off every command :p
I have like 5 different types of commands in my .htaccess file, so I wrote RewriteEngine On 5 times

I could probably save a couple of kb by only having it once :D
