I downloaded a movie and what I have now is a Video_Ts folder. In the folder it has VOB, BUP and IFO files. I know that you can just simply burn these files onto a DVD, but I was wondering if you can combine/convert all these files into one single video file(AVI, MP4 etc) so when you open the file you still have the menu and special features? And if you can, how and what programs would you need?

It is not really a movie, It is a stand up comedy. Anyways, I downloaded it from Piratebay.org You can download movies from there also, but first you need need to download a bitorrent client. Do you have a solution to my problem? Thanks!

Sorry, but I can't help you as using PirateBay is against the rules:
