    Hi,

I am on Windows 7 32 Bit. I can access every websites, except www.psychologytoday.com

I have tried accessing the site on Google Chrome and Opera, but it says could not connect.

How do I solve this problem?

Hit the windows logo key + R. This will bring up a box. Type cmd and press enter. In the black box that appears, type tracert www.psychologytoday.com

Copy and paste the results into this form.

What this does it trace the route getting to this website. This will allow us to see where the problem is. It should time out, because you are unable to reach this website.

pretty sure the issue is going to be on their end, as my tracert had issues as well.

I get no tracert problems and I am able to reach the website just fine.

Valis, I'm guessing you cannot reach the website as well?

No, I can get there, it just takes a while. I ran another tracert, same issues. I'd seriously contact their IT department and see what's what.

here is the technicial contact. I didn't see any dns issues.

Click on this link to get the contact information. You would want to contact the Technical Contact if you are continuing to have issues.

For Valis's issue that seems to be at his end as it stopped at hop 2. :)

The link had other information that I have seen in the past people contact instead of the actual technical contact... but I can do so :)

What was wrong with leaving that contact info up? Was it private or something.

Spam bots can find the email and start spamming. This site is clear text.
