I am new here and have been searching these forums for answers but I cant seem to find them on my own. I recently got a few viral infections and have been running a lot of online checks and fixes. Yet I am still unable to open any .exe so I cant install any new AV as my old one stopped working, or never was working properly I just got this computer online a few days ago.
I noticed these specific viruses and at least one backdoor according to norton free scan and trendmicro housecall.
w32.jeefo
rononer (I am not sure on the spelling.)
dada (again I am not sure about the rest of it.)
I am not sure if I have cleared it all or what I should do to begin repairs
or if repairing is even possible anymore.

Thanks for helping reading and any info on the situation.

I'm running:
Windows XP home
